In one of the most intriguing developments since President Raul Castro took the reins in Cuba, the first legal home computers have gone on sale in the country, though a ban on Internet access remains for the moment. There may not be many potential ISP customers anyway, since the least expensive desktop computers cost almost $800 in a country where the average worker earns less than $20 per month.
