IM Malware Attacks!

According to a new report from Akonix Systems Inc., malicious code attacks through IM (instant messaging) services tripled between March 2008 and April 2008. Among the new IM worms were ArcServe, IMspread and QVOD. The jump accompanies a boom in deployment of enterprise communications systems that organize business-communications technology on a common IP infrastructure, which often includes an IM service.
